companies are lining up their own iPod killers. Creative Inc. Inc, makers of a
well-known line of speakers and sound cards, has upped the ante with a variety
of models. What’s surprising is that Creative Inc. has just begun to offer hard
disk-based MP3 players, after Apple did, when it’s been offering portable MP3
players for over five years.
The Singapore-based company has had fairly successful business with most of its
MP3 players, especially the Zen and Muvo series. Its first hard disk-based
player is the Zen, with the latest Zen Touch model, seen to challenge Apple’s
flagship MP3 model.
