A lesson on
how to make a no-frills gadget 'a gift to mankind' Electric New Paper - Singapore,Singapore
EVER since Apple announced the iPod Shuffle in early January, I have been
getting into constant debates with fellow tech journalists.
People either think its brilliant or a lame excuse for a music player.
To me, the Shuffle simply represents a great case study for marketing students.
I am no sales guru, but simple observation yields a few interesting lessons for
anyone who wants to sell something.
